This Privacy Policy describes how 123eWireless (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit 123edistribution.com or 123e.com, contact us, place an order, or request a quote. We are a B2B manufacturer; this policy is written in plain English because our customers are working professionals and we don't expect anyone to wade through 40 pages of legalese.

What we collect

• Account information you provide when creating an account or placing an order: name, email, company, phone, ship-to addresses.
• Order history: what you bought, when, where it shipped, and what it cost.
• Communications you send us: emails, quote requests, support tickets, notes captured by our sales team during calls.
• Server logs: IP address, browser type, and pages visited — used for security monitoring and to fix things that break.
• Cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, a cart cookie so your cart survives a page refresh. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

What we do with it

• Process your orders, generate quotes, and ship products to you.
• Send transactional email about your orders (confirmation, shipping notification, follow-ups).
• Provide customer support and account management through our internal CRM.
• Improve our website and detect security issues through aggregated server logs.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information. Period.

• We don't use behavioral advertising or retargeting cookies on our domains.

Who we share it with (only when needed)

• Carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) when we ship a package to you.
• Payment processors when payment processing comes online — they receive only what they need to process the transaction. We do not store your full credit card number.
• Service providers for hosting, email delivery, and similar back-end services. Each is bound by confidentiality.
• Government authorities if compelled by valid legal process — subpoena, court order, or applicable export-control reporting requirements.

Security

Our site runs over HTTPS only. Passwords are hashed with Argon2id (a modern, memory-hard algorithm). Database access is restricted by role; sensitive admin areas require staff authentication. We don't claim perfection — no one should — but we follow security baseline practices and we audit our setup regularly.

Your rights

You can:

• See what we have on file about you — ask via email and we'll send it.
• Correct inaccuracies — either through your account profile or by contacting us.
• Delete your account — we'll close it and delete personal data not legally required to retain (we keep order records as long as tax and warranty law requires).
• Opt out of non-transactional email at any time. Transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping) are necessary to fulfill your orders and don't have an opt-out.

Children

Our site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.
