Details

123-141023MS is a 1.0/2.3 series subminiature push-on connector built for Low-Loss 240 braided coaxial cable. The connector mates to the IEC 61169-44 / DIN 47298 interface and pairs a plated brass body with a gold-plated brass or beryllium-copper inner contact and a beryllium-copper outer contact for repeatable, low-resistance joins. The PTFE insulator and Au-over-Cu plating stack are designed for dense board-edge and patch-panel use without the size penalty of an SMA or BNC.

Electrically, the connector provides 50-ohm characteristic impedance from DC to 10 GHz with VSWR of 1.06 max DC-1 GHz, 1.13 max 1-4 GHz, and 1.22 max 4-10 GHz. Insulation resistance exceeds 10,000 MOhm; working voltage is 250 V RMS at sea level. Push-on snap retention provides 10 N of engagement and withdrawal force without the need for a torque wrench, and the connector is rated for 500 mating cycles minimum.

The S suffix marks the connector as solder-attach. The center pin is soldered to the cable inner conductor; the outer ferrule crimps or clamps over the braid. Once assembled, the connector suits indoor cellular DAS jumpers, CATV and broadcast distribution, and laboratory test cabling where compact connector placement matters. Operating temperature range is -40 to +155 C and the part is RoHS compliant.

Why this part

When you need a 50-ohm coax interconnect that tucks into the chassis without sacrificing performance, the 1.0/2.3 push-on is the connector that gets specified. This solder-attach version pairs with Low-Loss 240 braided cable to give you compact, repeatable terminations for DAS, CATV, and broadcast patch panels — flat performance to 10 GHz, push-on mating that takes a fraction of the panel real estate of an SMA, and no torque wrench required. RoHS-compliant brass body with a gold-plated inner contact for years of reliable mating.
