Return Policy: • all accepted returns must be made within 15 days from the date of invoice and accompanied with by a 123edistribution.com RMA number. • Returns must be in the original packaging and be in resalable condition. • Parts returned due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking charge with freight prepaid by the customer. • Cable Assemblies and custom ordered parts are NCNR (non cancelable non returnable.) • Tools and test accessories may not be eligible for return if they have been used. • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment, minus freight (any and all freight charges necessary, handling, and restock charges.) • Defective items will be replaced if within the manufacturers guidelines or within 60 days of the original invoice.
